1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatToFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service. "We," "us," or "our" refers to ChatToFlow.

2. Description of Service

ChatToFlow is a workflow automation platform that allows you to:

  • Create and execute automated workflows
  • Integrate with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, HuggingFace, OpenRouter)
  • Connect communication platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, Zalo, WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, Outlook)
  • Automate productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Todoist, Trello, GitHub)
  • Process webhooks, files, and data transformations
  • Use logic nodes for conditional workflows, loops, and code execution
  • Generate images using AI (DALL-E, HuggingFace Image)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ChatToFlow.

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer different subscription tiers with varying features, workflow limits, and execution quotas. Details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Payments are processed through Polar.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4.3 Refunds

At this time, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. We may update this policy in the future. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Plan Limits

  • Free plans have workflow and execution limits.
  • Exceeding limits may result in workflows becoming read-only.
  • Upgrading your plan will restore full functionality.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Create workflows that generate, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Process content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Handle content that exploits minors in any way
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code

5.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

5.3 Third-Party Service Compliance

When using integrations, you must comply with each third-party's terms of service, including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI Usage Policies
  • Meta Platform Terms (Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • Google API Terms of Service
  • Discord Developer Terms
  • Telegram Bot API Terms
  • Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy

6. API Keys and Credentials

Credential safety

We encrypt stored keys and never expose raw secrets in logs or the UI.

6.1 Your Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys.
  • Keep your API keys secure and never share them publicly.
  • Monitor your API usage to avoid unexpected charges from third-party providers.

6.2 Our Security

  • We encrypt all stored credentials using AES-256 encryption.
  • We never log or expose your API keys in plain text.
  • You can delete credentials at any time.

6.3 Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for all costs incurred from third-party API usage through your workflows (e.g., OpenAI API charges, Google API charges).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by ChatToFlow and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of workflows, templates, and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.3 Templates

  • Templates you publish publicly may be used by other users.
  • You warrant that your templates do not infringe third-party rights.

7.4 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Integration Availability

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party integrations. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or modify their APIs.

8.2 Third-Party Terms

Your use of third-party services through ChatToFlow is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or policies.

8.3 OAuth Connections

By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize us to access and use data from those services as necessary to execute your workflows.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

9.3 Read-Only Mode

Workflows may be placed in read-only mode if:

  • Your subscription expires or is downgraded
  • You exceed plan limits
  • We detect policy violations

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important Notice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Third-party integrations will function as expected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
This limitation applies even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatToFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create, store, or process through the Service

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Your workflows will be disabled
  • Your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Note: Specific jurisdiction and arbitration rules are pending legal review.

14.2 Dispute Process

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable law.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChatToFlow.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
